Carpet
Q: How Long does it take to dry?
A: Our system is low moisture. We do not saturate your carpet leaving
your carpet clean and dry in about 1 hour.
Q: How often should you clean your carpets?
A: The EPA states that under normal living conditions you should have your carpet cleaned every 6 months. Our recommendation is to have you high traffic area cleaned and a whole house cleaned every 12 months.
Q: What kind of system do you use?
A: Our low moisture system is 100% safe and non-toxic. The
solution is pre-sprayed on your carpet and allowed to dwell for 10 mins.
The dirt is suspended in the solution and then extracted by a low speed
buffer. Leaving your carpet dry in about an hour.
Q: After you clean our carpets is it going to get dirtier faster?
A: Cleaning your carpets with a soap or detergent based cleaning system has to rinse out all of the soapy residue. If all of the residue is not extracted then the dirt will get attracted to the carpet leaving it look dirty. Our system is a residue free system leaving your carpet cleaner longer.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: Yes we move most furniture. The only thing that we will not move is entertainment centers, computers and cabinets with fragile things.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge by the square foot.
Q: Do you clean cars?
A: Yes, we can clean any fabric in cars.
Tile and Grout
Q: Why should we clean grout?
A: There are many reasons why you should clean your grout. One of the main reasons is that your grout color is specific to the tile. When it gets dirty you lose the look of you tile.
Q: How often should you clean your tile?
A: Grout should be clean when needed. If you have your grout sealed it should last for 2-5 years before another cleaning is needed?
Q: How much do you charge?
A: There are different size tiles which changes how much grout is on your floor. Just like carpet we charge by the square foot.
Q: What kind of chemicals do you use?
A: In our process of cleaning grout we do not use any chemicals. We us 200+ degree high pressure steam to clean the grout. In extreme cases our pre-spay is all natural.
Q: Do you move furniture
A: Yes we do.
Upholstery
Q: How Long does it take to dry?
A: Furniture does absorb more solution than the carpet. But with
our process most furniture will be dry in a few hours.
Q: How often should you clean your couches
A: Our recommendation is to vacuum frequently and have them cleaned every 12 to 18 months

Q: What kind of repairs do you do?
A: There are many repairs that we can do. Re-stretching, burns,
butterfly seams, seam repair etc.
Q: How much do they cost?
A: Each repair is different.
